Purchases
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Refunds
We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go astray. However, from the time you make your booking your position at our event has been held for you, so we ask you please to understand that, should you cancel your registration, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
If, after registering an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please advise us of this in writing to ticadmin@illawarraconnection.com.au. Details must include full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.
The Illawarra Connection requires written notice at least 7 days prior to the event in order to issue a refund. No refunds will be made within 7 days of the event date.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, The Illawarra Connection is forced to cancel an event, we will endeavour to advise our members as soon as is practical and arrange proportionate refund monies, which will be calculated in accordance with the Cancellation Policy of the venue where the event was to be held.
Membership
Becoming a member of The Illawarra Connection serves as authorisation of your payment and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions stated. You also agree to further indemnify The Illawarra Connection, its associated companies, directors and associates against any risk or action related to your membership.
Annual membership of The Illawarra Connection is from 1 July to 30 June and is non-refundable. A replacement officer, with similar standing in the organisation can be nominated. However, approval of their membership will be at the discretion of the Board of The Illawarra Connection.
Who can access the Member Portal member portal?
Please note that the Member Portal member portal is to be used by members of Member Portal only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by Member Portal staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the Member Portal member portal are safe and friendly, Member Portal staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted. This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact. To help provide a productive environment, please report any offensive or suspicious activity to Member Portal staff. Please note that not all user-submitted content is representative of Member Portal, nor does it necessarily represent the views of Member Portal, its staff or members.
